◆ Assistant Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities
• Support hall operations
• Guest relations, including VIP international guests
• Assist with staff training and shift management
• Propose pairings and improve operations
Qualifications
• Experience in guest service at fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels
• Strong English communication skills
• Management experience preferred

◆ Hall Leader (Full-time)
Responsibilities
• Oversee hall operations
• Staff training and service quality management
• Assist with scheduling and guest relations
Qualifications
• Experience in restaurants or hotels
• Leadership experience preferred
• English or Chinese language skills a plus

◆ Hall Staff (Full-time / Part-time)
Responsibilities
• Guest service, food and drink delivery
• Table setting and clearing
• Guest guidance and seating
Hourly wage
1,400-1,800 yen
(From *1,300 for beginners / 1,800+ for fine dining experience)
Qualifications
• Restaurant experience welcome
• No experience required if you love people and hospitality
• English or Chinese language skills a plus

Working Conditions
All Positions
• Location: THE GALA TOWER AZABU 6F, 3-5-9 Higashi-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo (1 min walk from Azabu-Juban Station)
• Working Hours: Shift-based (Lunch / Dinner)
• Salary: Determined upon interview based on experience and skills
• Holidays: 2 days off per week, summer and year-end holidays available
• Benefits: Full social insurance (for full-time staff), transportation allowance, staff meals provided
